Capability Development
A key part of the success (or failure) of any capability development initiative is the participants’ ability to get the most from their learning and then transfer it to their workplace.
APST provides all participants in its training programs with a free ‘Successfully Transferring Your Learning’ online learning module, which includes advice on preparing for, and getting the most from, their course.
Additionally, all workshops conclude with participants developing a personal strategy for the implementation of their learning, including the ways they can involve their manager in this process.
This learning module and approach has proven to significantly impact on the achievement of targeted learning outcomes and overall ROI.

Australian Public Sector Training offers four VET programs, identified as being closely aligned to the specific needs of Frontline Managers requiring an AQF qualification.
