This course provides participants with a nationally recognised qualification as well as the key capabilities, competence, and confidence required to perform as a member of a project team, or manage their own small projects

Please note: All nine units of this qualification are considered to be ‘core’ and must be completed.

Course Content

This Certificate IV provides foundational skills in project management, covering scope, time, quality, and cost control. You’ll gain expertise in managing project resources, communication, risk, procurement, and stakeholder engagement. The program equips you with essential techniques to effectively support and execute project objectives within a structured framework.
