This workshop is designed to empower women with the confidence, skills, and strategies to thrive in leadership roles. By exploring gender dynamics, leadership styles, and personal development, participants will gain insights to navigate barriers, build influence, and lead with authenticity. The course also fosters networking and peer support, creating a space for shared learning and growth.
Course Content
The delivery and content of all our workshops is contextualised to the specific needs of the participants and organisation at no additional cost, however, this topic typically includes:
- Exploring gender dynamics, representation, and the evolving workplace
- Overcoming self-doubt, imposter syndrome, and speaking up with impact
- Identifying a personal leadership approach and building a strong, authentic presence*
- Navigating difficult conversations, assertiveness, and executive presence
- Building supportive relationships and seeking out mentors and sponsors
- Recognising systemic and unconscious biases—and strategies to overcome them
- Managing competing demands and maintaining wellbeing and focus
- Influencing culture, inclusion, and innovation
