Culture shapes communication, expectations, and workplace behaviours, and supports participants to strengthen relationships, enhance inclusivity, and contribute to culturally safe environments.
This workshop provides participants with the knowledge, confidence, and practical strategies needed to work respectfully and effectively with people from diverse cultural backgrounds. Through discussion, reflection, and scenario-based activities, participants develop the skills to recognise unconscious bias, adapt their communication, and engage with cultural differences in a positive and meaningful way.
Course Content
The delivery and content of all of our workshops is contextualised to the specific needs of the participants and organisation at no additional cost, however, this topic typically includes:
