This course provides participants with a nationally recognised qualification as well as the key capabilities, competence, and confidence required to be highly effective leaders

Course Content

In this Certificate IV, participants will develop essential leadership, communication, and operational skills to effectively manage teams and projects. Core units cover workplace relationships and planning, while electives tailor learning with options in customer service, risk management, diversity, WHS, innovation, financial reporting, and recruitment support.’

To ensure the successful application of new knowledge and skills, all APST workshop participants receive our online Transferring Your Learning module and ‘Strategy for Transferring Learning’ at no additional cost.
