John is an expert in the fields of Leadership and Change Management, John has over twenty-five years of experience delivering workshops for various public sector organisations.
He assists leaders and their teams to increase their confidence, develop leadership attitudes, and organisational cultures to achieve strong performance. In particular, he has helped leaders manage change, develop and lead their teams, and enhance their overall impact on people through improved attitudes, innovation, and communication.
As with all APST facilitators, John has been carefully selected for his ability to:
- Engage participants via energetic, discussion and activity-based workshops
- Assist participants to make sense of (sometimes complex) models, theories, and tools
- Assist participants to successfully transfer their learning to the workplace via a personal ‘strategy for implementation’
Furthermore, an essential part of our facilitator selection is their proven experience of working in/with Australian public sector organisations. Examples of the organisations John has worked with include:
