Aileen is a multi-award-winning facilitator, coach, and learning consultant with over twenty years of experience in the Australian Learning and Development sector.
From developing effective communication skills to leading diverse teams, she is an acknowledged subject-matter-expert in the field of leadership and outstanding in facilitating workshops for audiences from frontline teams to senior management.
